Soft Tissue Massage/Soft Tissue Techniques
Your condition may be due to a muscle, tendon or ligament problem. This can be in the form of injury or be due to muscle imbalances. These soft tissue problems can be identified by examination and treated with various forms of stretching, massage and strengthening.
